AlNiCo Magnet AlNiCo (Aluminum Nickel Cobalt) magnet is an alloy consisting of Aluminum, Nickel, Cobalt, Copper, Iron and other trace metals. According to the different production processes, it's divided into cast AlNiCo and sintered AlNiCo. By the casting production process, various sizes and shapes can be achieved with slightly better magnetic performance than the sintered ones. The sintered AlNiCo is mostly used in small size products and the blank size tolerance is better than the cast ones. Besides, the sintered AlNiCo has better mechanical properties than the cast ones. In all of the permanent magnets, the cast AlNiCo has the lowest reversible temperature coefficient and its working temperature can be as high as above 600 centigrade degrees.
